CPL 2020; Match 25 and Match 26 report:

Match no.25:

The Jamaica Tallawahs had won the toss and elected to field first as the weather was like to be rain and also it was helpful to their bowlers, but Chris Lynn and Evin Lewis had a wonderful partnership between them. The team had scored 46 runs in 5.4 overs.

But at 5.4 overs the starting of the rain with a great speed, the cover man comes up the ground tried the cover the it fastly, but the rain was unstoppable and due to it the match was Abandoned.

Match no.26 – Barbados Tridents vs Guyana Amazon warriors:

After the rain on the Brain Lara cricket Academy, the toss flipped between BR vs GAW. Guyana Amazon warriors had won the toss and opened to bowl first as the intent was same as Rovman Powell had!!

But the hat trick time the Barbados Tridents had not scored more than 100, a very low level of batting seen till now, once more time their wickets were falling one after!! They had scored just 89 with losing 9 wickets, the top bowler for Guyana Amazon warriors was Imran Tahir because of taking 3 wickets and giving just 12 runs in his 4 overs.

The Guyana Amazon warriors had chased this target in 15 over only with losing their 4 wickets, this includes the wicket of Brandon King, Hemraj, Rutherford, and Pooran. They won the match with the highest scorer of their team Simron Hetmyer of 32 runs led the Guyana Amazon warriors to victory!!

The man of the match was Romario Shefherd as he had taken 3 wickets in 4 overs including one maiden over.

Eventually both St.Kitts and Nevis Patriots and Barbados Tridents got eliminated from the race of Playoffs for CPL 2020.
